– Dr. Morris is mad as hell.
– Jeffrey over Library Chronicles seems to be assuming the role of a Nawlins version of Alex Jones in his reactions to Thursday’s march. What’s more, he’s even being a bit smarmy about it. In this Adrastos post he readily admits he has no solution but continues to state the marcher’s are wrong, wrong, wrong. No solution. That puts him one thought behind “Sugar” Ray Nagin in the ideas department.
– And if it’s ideas we need, Mark Folse at Wet Bank Guide has a post full of them.
I don’t think I agree with the view of Jeffrey as being smarmy about his opinions. They are valid concerns. I simply believe that they are far outweighed by the need for action. We cannot define our approach simply by what the media will do to spin our actions, they will aways do so in the most unflattering way possible. Thats what sells commercial time and advertising.
You are correct in observing that many of us are pissed off and not going to sit still for any mre of this.
Ha ha Alex Jones. And all this time I thought I was Buddy D.
No, Buddy D 1) usually had a point, and 2) really loved the object of his criticism.
Jeffrey relishes being a contrarian so much he doesn’t mind supporting Nagin. He can’t see the trees, cause that damned forest is blocking his view.
He just wants to whine about something, all the while offering no solution other than his egotistical superiority.
I know.. I know. I’ll try to be more humble about my superiority in the future. I forget how difficult it is for you guys to deal with.
Also… when did I support Nagin?
Oh and I do love this city.. so you know.. cut me some slack there at least.
Ashley, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one getting that kind of vibe from the latest posts from Jeffrey.
But then why in the hell should he care what I think?? LOL
Jeffrey clearly doesn’t care what his peers think obviously. And that’s his right but as for his so called superiority…
